Robb, I have a paperback book titled "THE PULSE TEST" written by Arthur F. Coca, M.D. In short, you can determine which foods you are allergic to by taking your pulse before and after you eat a particular food. Of course, you first have to established a normal pulse rate for you and if it increases after eating, this book says you are allergic to it and should stay away from it.
