I just read the law. Although it is draconian, it does not have any provision for prison or $10,000 fine if you refuse the vaccine. Tennessee HB 2271 Part 6, a. 3. specifies quarantine or isolation, but no fine or prison term for "are unable or unwilling for reasons of health, religion, or conscience to undergo vaccination pursuant to this Section."/
