Mike, I had the same problem, and found that some glass eyedroppers I had bought in a drugstore were exactly the same diameter and design. Just pull the glass tube out of the bulb and insert it into the bulb that came with the bottles. You'll probably have to remove the bulb from the bottle cap first.
