I really love this list! The more I read, the more I learn. Question: I noticed that they sold whole Kelp leaves in the Asian Market in my town (I guess for putting in soups, etc...). It is just dried, maybe freeze-dried, and has no other ingredients on the label, just Kelp. I've been powdering it in my herb grinder thingee and making my own capsules using gelatin caps. The taste is quite strong uncapsulated. Would this be as good as the other Kelp products you are talking about?
