Having recently cured a severe case of cellulites using only CS I found that the working dosage for me was 8oz approx 10ppm every 2 hours while waking. I also suffer from chronic edema in my legs aggravating any infection in that area. I also have found in the past that cs in conjunction with antibiotics is more effective than the antibiotics separately. hth
