Silver is reported to be toxic to the brain. I am not sure why, maybe
it's high conductivity shorts the nerves out. There is a barrier for
silver for the brain, so at least on the face of it one could assume
that it is not good for silver to get into the brain, otherwise why the
barrier. We have had this discussion before, and no one has been able
to produce proof that silver is or is not toxic to the brain as far as I
know, but there are several papers on the net that indicate it is.
