When the results were less than expected, they have very LOUDLY declared the results, making sure media coverage was ample. In the instances where the product performed as purported, there has not been much fanfare, and the matter ended there.>>
It is not the researchers that set up the protocols, but the pharmaceutical industry. It is also the pharmaceutical industry that publicizes the results. Researchers do what they are paid to do. In most cases, those doing the research are not even the ones who write the paper on the study. The drug industry has ghost writers for this.
