I think you will find that the effectiveness peaks in the 3 to 10 ppm
range, and if done well to 20 ppm.  Beyond 20 ppm you will likely be
getting into larger particles with reduced absorption and stability.

If he is building his own, be sure he current limits, and also has some
form of stirring for best result.  Also be sure to use distilled water.
