Just come to South Texas and your troubles will be over. Down here the ambulances come from Mexico with their sick, drop them off at the emergency room and go home. They can't pay. They just go home to Mexico. The pregnant women come across, have their babies here, and then go home with their new American Citizen. They don't pay either. Hospitals are not allowed to refuse care. Who said that life was supposed to be fair?
