Hi Ivan, I have read through the archives and references on beta glucan and am impressed with what I have read so we are going to try it along with CS to boost our immune systems (we have CFS)
I saw your link to www.dynamune.com and was amazed at the prices, wonderful! Have you found their BG i to be good quality? Do youn use it? Similarly for the other products they sell eg MSM etc? Can you have a sort of herx when you start taking BG as your immune system gets "turned up" a notch or too? Therefore would it be best to start it for a weekor two before CS or what would you suggest?
