I have been reading the archives sporadically and I see a lot of how
often to take CS for different things but I was wondering what the usual
strength (ppm) that is mostly commonly used. I am not sure how strong to
make it and also if it should be taken every day as preventive
maintenance or just when I'm sick. Sorry for all the questions. Like I
said I am very new to this. I know this stuff is old shoe to you guys. I
wish I would have found out about this sooner.
