Use one in you brew cell for current messurements. Use the other to measure resistance of the DW and CS. Set the meter for ohms strap the probe handles together and swizzle slowly in the CS. The reading will be in ohms. To get conductivity use your calculator uS = 1,000,00 / resistance.
