Anything over about 110 deg F will probably cause agglomeration and the CS will go yellow as the energy of motion overcomes the repulsive charge.
 You can vaccuum distill water at a low temp or maybe even freeze dry it.
But, if you reduce water you increase saturation of ions in solution and particles/crystals will form. Ions can't live without the water that solvates them. What size particles? Who knows.
Try it.

 Also, as water decreases oxidation of the ions increases.
If you completely dry ionic CS, it will stain the surface brown or black with silver oxides.
