A Note from the Founders As you are all aware, the FTC has obtained a Temporary Restraining Order from the U.S. District Court in Nevada which freezes the company's assets, puts a temporary receiver in charge of day to day operations, and prohibits the Company and its Independent Business Associates from making unsubstantiated health claims about the product. This action is due to FTC and FDA objections to the health benefit claims in sales and marketing materials done by both the Company and its Independent Business Associates.
The Company, the Temporary Receiver and its legal counsel are making changes to the labeling and sales and marketing materials in order to comply with the court order and with all government regulations. Simultaneously, our lawyers are working with the government to agree on a set of actions and commitments to bring a rapid settlement to the court action and thus get Seasilver USA, Inc. back into business operations quickly. While there is no guarantee, we believe that progress is being made on all fronts and we are all working around the clock. We are cooperating with the Temporary Receiver. It is imperative that all distributors carefully read and comply with the TRO. It prohibits the making of any specific health claims on the Seasilver product and prohibits the use of any marketing materials, including radio, TV, and print including through the use of testimonials that make health claims about the product.
