It definatly can generate some heat. I have never felt anything uncomfortable with diluting the DMSO with CS down to 10% DMSO : 90% CS. You will get a very large amount of DMSOs benefits from this concentration. If you have real sore muscles or a sprain or pull that needs the heat, mix it up a little stronger. Ive mixed it up 40% for some painful lower back strains but you have to be ready for the heat cause it goes very deep.

I have an over weight pug that gets a sore leg occationally and 10-20% DMSO rubbed in twice a day fixes him up in a day or two.

With the 10% DMSO solution I added about half a teaspoon of Aloe Vera and made a solution that killed a wart on my hand I had for over 12 years, and Cindy got rid of two plantar warts that we had spent large sums of $$$ on name brand wart remover systems.

I believe 'OldBob' has a protocall for nebulizing with it and CS for getting deep penetration into the lungs??

Its good stuff!

Here is a little reading on DMSO

What is DMSO? I saw that mentioned elsewhere but don't know what the letters
stand for. Sue

You can rub the Vit. E and Vit. A into the skin. Much of it will be absorbed.
If after rubbing it in, you put a few drops of DMSO on the area and rub that
just a bit, that will take more of it in.

Sue, consider this -- DMSO STINGS, so be sure to
cut it at least 50 / 50 with water, and if you will be
using it in combination with CS, then it would be a
good idea to use distilled water to dilute the DMSO with.

As I said DMSO stings -- try putting some on your forearm
to get an idea of the type of pain it can cause. I don't want to
frighten you away from DMSO's use, but you should know
about the pain reaction -- strangely, no one on this list ever
mentions this characteristic, or maybe I'm just a big sissy.
BE sure to avoid the eyes - I'm sure that would hurt like
crazy.
