Hi Mary,
I have had cancer twice, 10 years apart, and the last bout was 10 years ago.
I strongly believe that it`s important to clean up the diet and adjust the
body`s pH upwards towards alkaline. There are specific herbs that are
beneficial; supplements which boost the immune system; colloidal silver
which kills off pathogens; and a host of other therapies. *I would use a
variety of modes*. Having a positive outlook is important too. I found a
wonderful psychoanalyst to work with when I was diagnosed the second time.
It was *very* beneificial for me.
Alpha Omega`s website has been shut down by the FDA, unfortunately, but
lucky for us one of the members of the Silver List has copied it to their
server. You can find it here: http://www.silvermedicine.org/altcancer/
There's *lots* of information to go through and worthwhile in my opinion.
Too bad we can`t order their products anymore, but you should be able to
find similar products elsewhere.
I have read that there is a connection between Iodine, the thyroid, and
breast cancer. You can read more here:
http://www.annieappleseedproject.org/prevsurbcawi.html There is a doctor in
British Columbia who has developed a protocol using Iodine.
My sincerest hope is that your friend's cancer goes into remission or is
eradicated but I would like to add that there has been a study here in
Canada where breast cancer patients were given tetracycline which prevented
bone metastases. Bone *mets* are common with breast cancer and it's very
painful. If bone mets can be prevented with tetracycline it's worth keeping
in mind, if it progresses to that stage. You can read an article about it
here:
