I am in the archives and having trouble finding out why my CS turned cloudy? I made it like always with my silver wires connected to alligator clips to the electric generator with WalGreens Distilled water and the aerator stone all the stuff I always do. I use a half gallon canning jar and "cooked" it for 11 hours. ( I fell asleep ) I did this once before for 12 hours when I was sick and that CS is still crystal clear to this day. Last nights brew is cloudy and I just don't have any idea why. Anyone got any ideas about this?
