Hi Paula, I've seen this site before and am impressed by several items he lists. I DO NOT know anything else about him; however if you wanted to send an order, you could use PayPal which is a secure financial site to make sure that you nor the shipper experience any difficulty.
Is your friend satisfied with the quality CS and the price? Of course, I recommend that everyone make their own CS, since it can be done so economically and you know exactly what goes in the CS & if done the proper time and method, you've got good stuff!
