Hi, I'm new to the list and still getting a handle on CS. Nevertheless, my daughter just got the flu and now I have a sore throat. I'm going to the local health food store today to buy some CS. Any pointers that may increase my chances of success in knocking this out? Thanks. Bill Brainerd, West Hills, CA
