The absolutely, hands down, most effective thing I have used for tooth infections has been the Magnetic Pulser, which got rid of three different tooth infections over the course of a year in one 8-minute session (per tooth).
I have a tooth that periodically starts hurting (was last year bad enough to require penicillen and prescription painkillers - forgot to use the Magnetic Pulser!). Every month or two it starts hurting again. One 8-minute session is all it takes to erase it for another couple of months. Yes, I may need someday to do something about the tooth, but the MP is keeping it completely in line in the meantime.
