.999 is quite pure enough. That final 9 is a matter of single digit parts
per billion at plausable CS concentrations.
 You get far more strange metals from breathing, eating food and drinking
water...even distilled water.
 Plus, the most common impurity in silver is copper.  You need copper anyhow.
