Hi Brickey, Sorry your Walgreens Humidifier stopped and that opening & rinsing with water failed to clear it--please remove the wick and wet it and reverse and replace it & try it again. That worked for me. Also, you I hope new replacement wicks were in your box at purchase--that someday you should wet and use; however, my experience is that a wick when properly wetted & inserted will last a long time. Are you using my CS/H2O2/MSM/DMSO solution for the mist?
