Don't put CS in her ears, other than to simply wipe them out, because
the moisture will make it worse. Put it in her water bowl. 

Get some good ear cleaner like Epi-Otic, vinegar also works, Google on
this and findmore info, and ask your vet for a tube of ear ointment for
infections in the ear. 

The ear can scar with prolonged infections. Some are due to food
allergies, wheat and chicken being the most prevalent. Try a lamb and
rice or other hypoallergenic dog food.

Also headshaking can lead to hematomas on long eared dogs. This can
require surgery to correct. Personally I would use a bit of DMSO on the
cloth used to wipe the ears as it is drying, anti microbial and if mixed
with a bit of CS on the cloth (only) will help clear the infection and
address the inflammation. Ear ointments typically have steroids, anti
fungals and anti bacterials.
