Not lethal if Nova or Taser. To keep Consumer Product Safety Commission happy, Taser had the same output as Nova fired across the beating heart of a monkey. Nonfatal. This was also verified by the EE PhD who [1] verifies the safety of all the Navy ships to keep them lightening safe, and [2] electric chairs to be sure they are not safe.
