Dear Nenah, Marshall-- I've been taking some 30C Rhus Tox and can't see any improvement. Are all homeopathics equally good? Perhaps I have a bad batch. I do understand to wait awhile to take it before and after ingesting anything, brushing teeth, etc.
And re: steroids, prescription only as far as I know (in the US anyway). Thanks--if its not one thing, its another.........
