I would advise him to start with a low DMSO concentration, say 10% and work up so that he does not cause irritation. Yeoowwwch! That is such sensitive skin that he will also want to moisturize with Aloe Vera Gel or Emu Oil, something that is holistic, no impurities and deeply penetrating, that is what I like about Emu Oil, it is also non-greasy, soaks right in and the skin seems dry no oily film.
DMSO will penetrate the cyst and silver will kill any microbes, DMSO also kills microbes, increases circulation (oops maybe the new Viagra, JK), and breaks down collagen so may reduce the capsule around the cyst.
