I have been cooking my own CS for last couple of years. I use Sota unit and 
distill water. But recently I purchased the Jupiter water alkaliser/filter. I 
found that CS from alkali water (pH 8,5-9) looks and taste different. I checked 
my distill water pH and it was acidic around pH 6.5. Here is the question, 
which one is better?
