Tel, My daughter has a friend who is a 'health-fitness' addict - runs daily, and marathons monthly in North America and Europe. She's 5'11" and works hard to maintain her stunning runway model sliminess with Crystal Light amongst other things. Feb. 2004 she collapsed while running and was diagnosed with a 'thunder clap' stroke. Given her youth, level of fitness and not a trace of 'fat - cholesterol' anywhere on/in her body the doctors said it was an oddity, and should never happen again. She is solidly 'allopathic' and without 'double-blind studies' most likely would not appreciate your story but I thank you for this insight. It was like an arrow hitting a 'bulls-eye' when I read it.
