Mike,

I had a significant mould spore challenge this spring. Independent building
inspectors with moisture reading instruments indicated the situation was at
level 4 per the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Bureau
of Environmental & Occupational Disease Epidemiology standards.

Heat: Moulds like cold dark damp places. Sunshine, or lots of lights -
full spectrum if you have some. Or heaters in a room left closed overnight.
The moulds will dry up, and the powder brushes off easily. Vacuum and remove
vacuum bag from house. The lab at UBC said it was almost impossible for them
to get an accurate analysis without it being moist. For a concentrated area
use a hair dryer if appropriate to size of exposure. Then diffuse for 24
hours in infected room - they found it superior in Russian surgical theatres

Washing fabrics: AFNOR standard Lemon oil in washing machine - about 15
drops. Goes after the buggies left in the residue around the ring of the
washing tub. A lab report on that 'residue' is shocking. Especially if
someone has been sick or diarrhoea, or been 'somewhere else' - sometimes -
often detergents won't kill some of those things. Used extensively in vet
situations in Europe. Animals lick cages thus GRAS oils (Generally
Recognised As Safe by the FDA for human consumption) - lemon is used.

ORAC influence (hydrophilic Oxygen Radical Absorbency Capacity): To go
after the airborne stuff in the dark moist warm chambers in my head. Clove
oil in capsules. Thyme and oregano on feet as they are effective with
bacteria, viruses, fungus etc. (It's illegal to now say anti-... whatever -
bacterial, viral, ... ). Use CS to assist cleaning internally.

A local fellow sells a bed made of wood, no metal screws, then a wool
mattress and wool douve. They're running tests at UBC with it. The - opphs,
don't know another word - frequency - is consistent. The (vibration?) of
natural fibres cocooning around the body during rest seem to stabilise the
body and some folks with CFS are experiencing relief after 3 months.
Cotton, or natural fibres appear more harmonious to the body. Maybe you
need new blankets.

Hint: Thoughts create reality. Even accidents and moulds. So I had to do
some 'internal' work. Moulds are everywhere - fundamental to growth, and to
death. What were my belief systems that I had to release to move on or they
were going to kill me? I had some 'rigid' believe systems - backed up by
law - I was right! Ha, ha, ha! The Universal joke - the posture may be legal
- man's laws but not Natures laws - and I was being asked to drop my
position, and move on to new ways of thinking.

Hope this helps.
