Hi Marshall,

A great idea. The plastic unbrella wiii need to be very inert, or there
would be some absorption of the chemicals in it.

You know, my daughter use to have this clear plastic umbrella.  It seems
it would be ideal to make such a thing easily, and it would be
collapsible.  All that would be needed would be a circular catch basin
that the tips of the umbrella rest in, and a big pan of water in the
center.
