I think it's best to add CS to Gatoraid immediately before use. Reactions
take some period of time.
 Gatoraid is absorbed VERY fast [Doesn't seem to ever "hit bottom" even
when chugged]

 If you can taste or otherwise detect the H2O2, you used too much.
 One drop per oz, or less, is enough.
