I ran my 3X9-volt CS-maker a little long
recently, and found several
shiny millimeter-size silver 'islands'
floating on the surface of the
clear-plastic container's gallon of
distilled water---actually CS at
this point. Taking careful aim with an
eye-dropper of H202,
drop by drop onto these 'islands',
resulted in each 'island' dispersing
and falling towards the bottom in
graceful white whisps, some making it
all the way to the bottom. Great fun to
watch!
