I wonder if, with your many symptoms and problems, if you might want to look into fasting (long fasts either with juice or water). This is supposed to be the actual "cure" for all diseases.
It is difficult and could be somewhat dangerous for some people so it would be good to do it under some sort of supervision. One would not be able to work and do a proper water fast, in my opinion...
