Hi D: If I had to take the time to respond to every "detractor", then I wouldn't get anything else done.
Let me give you a few examples: 1. Companies like Water OZ "demanding" that I remove damaging information about their product; 2. MD's and chemists emailing strongly suggesting I remove the 9 volt battery generator tutorial; 3. Silver Protein marketeers endlessly claiming that silver protein cannot cause argyria; 4. People who don't think I should suggest pure oxygen for use with an oxygen nebulizer ( normal people shouldn't handle pure oxygen ); 5. People upset that I recommend the use of 35% H2O2 ( again, normal people aren't smart enough to be able to handle 35% h2o2 ); ...the list goes on. I believe that people have a right to both information and knowledge. The EPA standards are important, because they are a part of law; one can choose to accept the presented science or dispute it, at will. I even recently received an email from a Russian scientist that demanded I stop suggesting the use of DC. His adamant claim was that silver made with a standard direct current created a product that damaged cells. Too bad for him that I've seen FDA-certified lab human cell studies that demonstrate differently. Considering that I give away between 5-25 gallons of silver, free to people, every month, I would hardly say that I'm a "blighter" of CS. "Colloidal Silver" means different things to different people. There are alot more people out there with argyria than one might think. There is a threshold of silver retention in the body, and I don't think it serves the interest of the public to deny data regarding toxicity thresholds. There are alot of people drinking very poor products they call "colloidal silver".
