Hi,

Another and less expensive way to retrain your breathing pattern is to
learn "yogic" breathing techniques.
They've been around for ages and with regular practice can work as good
if not even better then any device.
>From what I understand through the website, along with the device, they
show you breathing exercises.
To me, from an instructors perspective is simply teaching yogic
breathing by means of other names.

The breathing techniques are not difficult but one should use caution
when beginning any new regimen.

Regards.

Ernie

Thanks Elle,
I ordered this device with a book that goes with it for $125.00.
Hopefully I
will receive it before Christmas. Right now I am using my Walgreen's
mister
and an "Omron" nebulizer to inhale my "CS". The nebu. is very compact
and
fits in my coat pocket; cost $52.00(retail 99.00) and the shipping costs
if order
is over $50.00 are free. Pete
