I like to do "the alphabet exercise." My letters are all Capitals Arms usually remain straight. Begin with hands at sides. Make the alphabet 1 letter at a time, using both arms at once in a free swinging motion. . The letter made by one arm will be the reverse of the other. "A" is both arms by side, swing straight up (either to the front or side) to overhead. out (to left and right) at an angle toward the floor. Returning upward on that angle to chest height, make the crossline of the A with both arms (bending at elbows) Hands to chest then arms straight out to the sides parallel with floor. "B" is with both hands at sides, keep arms straight, bring them forward to straight up above head. Make the two bulges of the B untill your hands are at your sides again, etc.
(So much easier to do than describe! I suppose the shape of the letters will depend on your handwriting?) H, I, K, X and Z are awkward somehow. You just design your own system.. This is an easy, continuously swinging motion. Don't stop between letters. Movement -- not penmanship -- is the key Takes a minute and it's fun and tingly Judy Down Maine -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
