Hiya Sol, The stone came from the saliva gland inside the mouth, under the tongue. Both the gland inside the mouth and the one under the chin were quite swollen, and we could even see a white spot that looked like a blockage at the end of the gland under the tongue.
Another thing he did that I forgot to mention was drink a lot of lemon juice in his water. This caused the glands to produce more saliva and aided the stone in it's journey out.
