Hi Himagain and Group, Just thought to add my .02 in. I use about 1:10 ratio of 3% H202 (35% Food Grade diluted with DW to 3%) in my Waterpik at least once a week -- 90% H2o2 to 10% water. Not only do I no longer have cavities, my teeth are really white, and my gums are returning to normals after beginning to recede. I also use CS whenever I bite the side of my gums or my tongue, or if I burn my gums or tongue with something hot (hot food or beverage). I carry one squirt bottle of H2o2 and one squirt bottle of CS with me wherever I go. I make my own CS and I buy my 35% Food Grade and dilute it to 3%.
