Hi V.Jean.G., Shingles is a type of herpes and can be cured by electricity among other things, contacting the state about health matters- like that wont provide any worthwhile information. The medical system is clueless when it comes to curing these things. Anti viral drugs that control it dont cure it. there are plenty of natural cures available if one takes the time to do the research on the Internet, and implement a treatment on themselves if they are so inclined. you have the resources of millions of other computers connected to universities and countless other professionals. Any body that says there is no cure for something has not done their home work.
