Does anyone know if there is a way to change a website/page(s) that are

just about unreadable because of dark text on dark backgrounds or white

text on black backgrounds to plain black text on white? I figured out
I
can enlarge the text, and that helps with some sites, but the kefirpage

link below is one where increasing text size doesn't help me much. I
can't read the darn thing.

I churlishly hope all the people who make these fancy-shmancy webpages

get old and can't read their own damn sites! As they are it is a
triumph
of needing to be stylish over making a site accessible.
TIA for any help,
sol
