I know for me, simply drinking CS has not affected a cold/sore throat/sinus. Nebulizing (inhaling through the nose), using drops, trying to flood the sinuses as best I could were much more helpful than oral use. If I had a really bad sinus infection I'd get really serious about really flooding the sinuses with CS. Not mixed with gatorade, LOL., but perhaps with a little DMSO added, or a bit of peroxide, but per Marshall's theory of everything, would not use both DMSO and peroxide at the same time. One or the other.

Took 2 days and my stirring motor quit. I mixed 28 ounces with Gatorade powder and ice cubes. I noticed a metal taste but still drank it. I am hoping it will stop my sinus fungus infection.
