Hi, Oldglory, I have been able to attain higher ppm readings for EIS by letting the brew stabilize for a day, filtering, and then re-brewing. I conjecture that dissolved silver recrystallizes into particulate silver during the stabilization period, allowing further electrolysis of the silver electrodes to resume.
