Hi gang, In hopes of solving one problem, I will be running an experiment that may cause some unpleasant side effects.
You may see some spam get through to the list. If this happens, please don't panic, or grouse too loudly! If it becomes a major concern, contact me privately to let me know. There's also a risk of some mal-ware (viruses, trojans, etc) getting through, as well, though I hope it is minimal. If that happens I will act as quickly as possible to prevent its recurrance. As always, you should have updated antivirus software running on your machine, and you should *never* click on any attachment you are not absolutely sure is legitimate. If you're running utterly stupid software, like Microsoft Outlook Express, be sure to turn off the Preview feature so it will not run attachments for you without asking, and visit Windows Update to download and install all the latest security patches. Again, if there are any problems, contact me directly and immediately. I'll be close by and watching as often as I can.
