I believe the water is treated rather than actually being magnetized. I don't 
have the information handy so until I locate it I can't go into detail. However 
i as others have mentioned have treated water with permanent magnets.
And I didn't mean the silver could be magnetized, only the charge in ionic 
silver could be disturbed.

Bill, what in the water are you magnetizing? If you have nearly pure  H2O,  say 
99%, and
99.99% silver, how are you going to magnetize anything?  Never  have I heard  
of water
being magnetized, let alone silver!   Pete
