Thanks for the site....  I took a quick look.  It appears that nothings
is good for you or your body.  I did try the Adkins diet and after a week
had to quit...  it was making me sick.  The one thing that I learned from
Judy Mazel (The celebrity Diet Book)...  was mono eating...  spreading
the different food by 3 hours....  and how the digestive enzymes in the
mouth effect digestion.  What I learned from my grandmother was
moderation in all things...  and from the bible  "If yea have the faith
of a mustard seed your can move mountains".  Now its the encorperating
and believing.
