Mexican dentists are specialist, only do one thing. I believe you need what they call a surgeon. I only have experience with two surgeons, Garcia and another starts with a R. I liked both dentists. Write to the dentist that tel listed and get him to recommend a surgeon or specialist to do the job. They do not hesitate to send you to another dentist like for surgery or root canals. Brickey
