Wow!
In MY family, the only one as dumb as a vegetable had been struck by lightning!
Genesis tells us that everything was made for man. Killing and eating flesh
was the result of Adam's sin and began after they were expelled from the Garden
of Eden. The fruits and grains were always meant for man to consume.
As for forgiveness, He is faithful and just to forgive AFTER you have
successfully repented. Until you have changed your thinking to stop sinning He
CAN'T forgive the ongoing sins. Sin is in the thought, not the deed. Deeds
are the result of thoughts.
