If you check the label on the bottle bought at the health food store, it will suggest teaspoons. If you check with the experts who designed the devices to make CS on your own, you will find they recommend a much higher amount--at least a quart a day in divided doses on an empty stomach when battling serious illness. A friend of mine who knew Bob Beck said he drank a gallon a day for many years, without ill effects.


I think the discrepancy in the suggested dosage is due to the profit motive with the store-bought CS; if CS costs roughly $10.00 an ounce at the health food store, it wouldn't go over well if they suggested you use a quart a day!!!!! Those in the know suggest the larger doses.
