Hi Dennis,

It melts at about 75 degrees so jsut barely warmnig it in a pot works great., 
add all you stuff to it nad then put it in muffin tins or somethnig for a mold 
and put in fridge they get hard like chockalte but melt in your mouth when you 
eat them.
