She/I would take a finger sized peice, skin it, cut into small peices, add a litttle water, and blend. I guess the amount needed would vary, but she only drank a little- half a cup(?) before laying down, -she would use pillows to create an incline to sleep. I think she drank the juice before eating, and sleeping....
